The goal of Hungerford Legal is to provide high quality service at a reasonable price to businesses and professionals in Maine and Massachusetts. Most clients, ranging from accountants to telemarketers, come in through referrals. The ideal client teaches me the intricacies of their business, allowing me to efficiently determine their needs and then resolve their problems.

I see myself as a counselor, someone who can advise a client on how to comply with the law as well as where to go for a good meal. I am looking to build solid relationships over the long term. Some of theservices I provide include:

- Employment matters including wage & hour issues and discrimination claims

- Immigration matters including consular processing and H-1B visas

- Torts including defamation, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress

If asked by a client, I will represent a person, friend, or relative with a criminal matter such as operating under the influence or a protection from abuse charge. In addition, I assist clients with family law issues.
